The Manager, Financial Services is a key leader in health care, partnering with system leaders to achieve JRI and provincial healthcare goals. The role reports to the Vice-President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and is accountable for financial, information technology and administration. Porteous Lodge is a 56,531 sq ft building and Stensrud Lodge is a 43,930 sq. ft. building. This position manages and supervises staff to provide residents with an optimal quality of life and a homelike environment. The Manager, Financial Services demonstrates strong leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate and a client-directed culture. The Manager, Financial Services is responsible for creating operational lines of sight that connect to the goals and objectives of Jubilee Residences Inc. The Manager supports strategy through the development and execution of operational and business plans, including cascading, monitoring, reporting, and course correction of same. The Manager demonstrates strong leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate and a client-centric culture. The Manager must work cross functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations. The Manager will develop partnerships and work closely with system and community partners.
