Description

Third Party Billing/Inventory Position with casual Reception duties. Part-time position (20-30 hours per week) flexibility within the hours of 9-5 Monday to Friday. Start on or around
August 11. This mostly involves third party billing and inventory entry. Duties include:
-Maintain patient confidentiality following all Canadian and Saskatchewan laws pertaining to such when conducting all duties.
-Communicate in a professional manner reflective of a medical clinic environment during all communications.
-Process and submit third party payments and sales contracts in both our system and to the appropriate third party, ex: Worker's Compensation, Veterans Affairs, Non-Insured Health Benefits.
-Manage and reconcile unpaid third party payments and track aged Accounts Receivable and develop Aged AR reports for year-end.
-Accurately enter and track all stock serial numbers for all required items for sales and refunds. Track and enter warranty information for products and send warranty reminders when needed.
-Faxing, copying, scanning, accurately typing good copies of reports on behalf of specialists.
-Light cleaning duties. Other similar duties as assigned.
Provide casual relief for the reception/office administrator when required which includes:
-Managing invoicing, point of sale, cash box and batch close duties.
-Managing, scheduling, confirming appointments. Developing, up-keeping and getting ready patient records and files for appointments including contacting medical transportation and other  parties, as needed.
-Answering the phone, greeting people as they come in, preparing patients for appointments, alerting specialists when patients arrive and other daily duties as required for the position.

High School Diploma required, Office Administration or experience in a medical office environment preferred. Successful candidate will be trained in clinic.
