Commissionaires South Saskatchewan is hiring a permanent, full-time Dispatch Officer, responsible for taking in courier requests and dispatching couriers, coordinating courier invoicing, monitoring mobile patrols and alarm response, and monitoring lone workers for clients from our monitoring centre at 122 Albert Street, Regina. Reporting to the Mobile Duty Supervisor, the Dispatch Officer is an ambassador of the organization and is expected to provide positive service and professional representation of our brand and products to all clients, visitors and Commissionaires. The position will operate Mondays through Fridays from 07:45 To 15:45.
Requirements:
Client and customer service excellence experience.
Computer literacy, including effective working knowledge of MS Office and ability to adapt and learn new computer programs.
Must be a team player and able to work well within an office environment.
Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
