Description

Under the daily supervision of the Urban Justice Manager and the general direction of the Director of Justice, the Reintegration Case Worker is responsible for the delivery of services for adult clients that are referred to the Reintegration Program. This position will provide support to the incarcerated client and their family members by developing an individualized case plan based on their criminogenic risk factors and also address challenges to sustainable employment.
