In this role, you'll lead initiatives that remove barriers, advance inclusive policies, and embed EDI practices across our organization. Youll work collaboratively with departments and community stakeholders to ensure our workplace and services reflect and serve our diverse population.

What Youll Do:

Champion equity-focused strategies that support a respectful, accessible, and inclusive work environment.

Provide guidance and education on anti-racism, accessibility, and inclusive practices.

Collaborate across departments to embed EDI in policies, programs, and decision-making.

Support employee resource groups and equity-deserving communities.

What You Bring:

Experience leading EDI initiatives in a complex organization.

Knowledge of inclusive policy development, anti-oppression frameworks, and community engagement.

Strong communication and facilitation skills with a collaborative spirit.
