We're a leading North American food ingredients company built on integrity, safety, and doing the right thingalways. We're hiring a Miller to be the first step in our milling process, turning raw grains into high-quality, food-grade products distributed worldwide.
As a Miller, youll operate advanced milling equipment and help ensure consistent product quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate flake, flour, bran, and color sorting systems
- Monitor equipment and make adjustments to optimize quality and yield
  - Perform testing, maintenance checks, and record production data
- Ensure Gluten-Free compliance where needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and food-grade work environment
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

What You Bring:
- High school diploma (required); milling experience an asset
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Knowledge of grain handling, safety, and food quality standards
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word); strong communication skills
- Comfortable with physical work, heights, and dusty environments
