We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Store Manager to oversee the operations of our gas station and convenience store. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient store operations, optimizing sales, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail management.
Supervise daily operations of gas station and convenience store, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
Overseeing stock levels, ordering new merchandise, and managing inventory to minimize losses and maximize sales.
Lead and develop the store team, assigning tasks to ensure effective operation.
Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage the hiring and onboarding of new employees.
Managing cash handling procedures, bank deposits, and other financial transactions.
Generating reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, manage budgets, and control expenses to maximize profitability.
Manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overages, ensuring efficient stock rotation.
Utilize social media and other marketing channels to drive traffic and sales.
Implement and oversee security measures, including theft prevention protocols and ensuring store is secure.
Bachelors degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, ideally in gas stations, and/or convenience stores. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, especially those related to tobacco and fuel, and Ammunition sales. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency with retail management software and MS Office applications. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
