We are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our Regina head office. This role is in-office with a bit of flexibility in hours, and best suited for someone who genuinely loves travel, enjoys sales, and thrives in a service-focused environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Sales & Travel Planning
-Handle flight, hotel, insurance, and vacation bookings
-Recommend travel options that suit client needs and budgets
Promote and sell travel packages, promos, and exclusive deals
-Meet and exceed sales quotas (no income ceiling the more you sell, the more you earn)
Client Care
-Track and monitor clients during their travels for quality service
-Provide after-sales support (re-bookings, travel changes, etc.)
-Ensure all clients feel cared for before, during, and after their trip
Admin & Office Support
-Keep client records and booking systems updated
-Prepare invoices, receipts, and basic reports
-Answer client inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins
WHO YOU ARE:
-Passionate about travel you cannot sell what you do not love!
-Sales-oriented and motivated by commissions, not just a paycheck
-Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills
-Organized and comfortable with basic admin and office tasks
-Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES:
Base pay $16.00/hr
Sales quota required we will train you, but you have to deliver
