Job Description: The Manager, Financial Services is a key leader in health care, partnering with system leaders to achieve JRI and provincial healthcare goals. The role reports to the Vice-President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and is accountable for financial, information technology and administration. This position manages and supervises staff to provide residents with an optimal quality of life and a homelike environment. The values of the organization require that all positions support the mission, vision and values of Jubilee Residences. The Manager, Financial Services demonstrates strong leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate and a client-directed culture. The Manager must work cross functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations. The Manager will develop partnerships and work closely with system and community partners.

Experience
- Experience in an unionized environment
- 3-5 years experience with progressive advancement
- Five (5) years experience in management/administration/supervision
Education
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in an applicable field
- Business Administration diploma (DBA)
