Solution Analyst I  Technology Services

In this entry-level role, youll work alongside experienced professionals to develop, enhance, and maintain innovative business solutions that power City operations.

What Youll Do:

Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining business applications.

Support and improve existing systems to meet evolving business needs.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on system upgrades and enhancements.

Help configure reporting tools and support users with data access.

Learn from and be mentored by senior analysts as you grow in your career.

What You Bring:

A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

A willingness to learn and take initiative.

Familiarity with software development tools and modern IT practices.
