The Ideal Candidate:
- Is willing to learn. Excellent training provided!
- Loves working with people and building relationships.
- Has superb communication skills.
- Thrives on change and multi-tasking is second nature.
- Has a 3-5 years of general management experience backed up with post secondary preferably in business, social work, human or property services, or a similar field; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Brings board experience either reporting to or sitting on a board.
- Is familiar with the tendering process.
- Is comfortable using computerized accounting such as JD Edwards, or similar, and is skilled using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and TEAMS.
- Most of all, wants to make a difference in the community, while respecting and embracing diversity.
