Description

Invites applications for the position of a temporary part-time Assistant Caretaker at Walter W Brown School, located in Langham, SK which is 33 km from Saskatoon. Walter W. Brown School is a grade 4 to grade 12 school.The successful candidate will be required to work 0.50 FTE or 20 hrs per week, performing general caretaking duties. This CUPE position begins September 2nd, 2025 and ends August 28th, 2026. The starting salary for this position is $19.80 per hour.
  
Caretakers work closely school staff to maintain the school building to the highest standards possible and are supported by the divisions Caretaking Supervisor.  

Preference will be given to caretakers who:
Have training and/or experience in the caretaker field;
Place a high premium on safety at all times;
Demonstrate a caring and supportive attitude toward children;
Value communication and collaborative relationships;
Are committed to being flexible in the workplace;
Are committed to positive working relationships.
