Reporting to the Retail Store Manager at The Rider Store, this role will support management in the day-to-day operations of the retail merchandise outlet. Fan experience and customer service are key focuses of this role which work to maintain and support sales and strategic growth.The Assistant Manager is also responsible for continually training, coaching, and providing feedback to retail associates to help them achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
