Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. The successful candidate will assist with letter writing, develop and maintain safety-related procedures, and ensure accurate record keeping. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, proofread, and format letters, memos, and official correspondence
- Assist in developing, updating, and documenting procedures, including those related to safety
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to ensure accurate record keeping
- Prepare and process safety-related reports and documentation
- Support daily office activities and communication with staff and external parties
- Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
Preferred:
- Experience with safety compliance or procedure documentation
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
