Description

The Superintendent will play a critical role in overseeing and driving various initiatives and projects originating from A2Ski Industrial LP. Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of these projects, aligning them with our core values, and maintaining our reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong leader who can define project goals, develop detailed plans, coordinate team activities, effectively communicate with stakeholders and build strong rapport with site personnel.
Responsibilities:
    Supervision and Coordination: Oversight of subcontractors' day-to-day planning and execution and maintaining relationships
Equipment and Material Management: Track, coordinate, and maintain assets on site
Safety Oversight
Site Management
Reporting and Documentation: LEMs and obtaining approval; creating reports; and timesheets
Support Functions: Assist in estimating process; mentor and train employees
Estimating: assist with producing estimates

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering, Journeyperson, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive site supervisory experience on heavy industrial sites or mine sites
