Are you ready to keep the City moving? Were hiring flexible, on-call Spare-Board Equipment Operators to support our Roadways Capital Operations team on an as-needed basis. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on, outdoor work and can step in to cover shifts for vacations, sick days, or operational needs.

Youll assist in maintaining and producing road construction materials, operating a variety of equipment such as skid steers, wheel loaders, and excavators. From asphalt plant support to yard operations, you'll play a vital role in helping our crews keep Reginas roads safe and running smoothly.

Key Highlights:

Operate heavy equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently

Support asphalt production and materials handling

Perform general labour and maintenance tasks in all weather conditions

Work independently or as part of a team

What You Bring:

Valid Class 5 drivers license (Class 1A is an asset)

Experience with heavy equipment (skid steer, wheel loader, excavator)

Ability to perform physical labour and follow safety protocols

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Note: This is an ongoing casual position with no guaranteed hours. Work is assigned based on operational need.
