The City of Regina is seeking a results-driven Supervisor of Revenue Services to lead front-line transit operations, including fare system logistics, revenue processing, and customer service at the Transit Information Centre. This role ensures efficient, accessible, and customer-focused service delivery while managing staff, technology systems, contracts, and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise fare processing, RideLINE, and Transit Information Centre staff
Lead customer service initiatives and address service escalations
Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance
Oversee fare systems, invoicing, reporting, and contract compliance
Support technology upgrades and troubleshoot service-related tech issues
What You Bring:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in transit, operations, or customer service, including 2 in a leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with fare systems and accessible transit operations
Note:
This is an on-site role (MonFri, 8:00am4:45pm) with no remote work due to direct front-line supervision duties.
