Brandt Industries is currently seeking a Credit Coordinator - Audit for its Head Office location in Regina, SK. As our Credit Coordinator - Audit, you will be responsible for minimizing bad debt exposure while maintaining positive relationships with Dealers and Brandt Staff. This position is responsible for audit implementation, tracking and reporting of results for the BICL Australia/NZ, BICL/BIUL North American agriculture floor plan and stock inventory.
Vision:
Increase confidence in inventory list and reduce timeline from retailed to payment. Back fill for other Coordinators, as necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Assessment of credit worthiness within a designated approval authority level.
*Contacting customers and branch staff regarding past due accounts; maintaining acceptable delinquency levels.
*Posting payments to customer accounts.
*Managing relationships with both internal and external customers.
*Manage relationship with 3rd party audit companies.
*Aid in program development.
*Manage and report on audit processes.
*Manage resolution of audit deficiencies.
*Minimize days outstanding.
*Minimize costs.
*Adhere to credit and audit policy.
*Ensure all relevant information is diligently documented in a concise and accurate manner.
*Report status of accounts and violations.
*Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
*Must be punctual, with good customer service, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
*Previous office experience.
*The ideal candidate will have direct floor plan and audit experience.
*Project management experience is also beneficial.
*Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel.
*Two post-secondary accounting classes or two years experience.
*Previous Credit and Collections experience considered an asset
*Financial analysis experience would be considered an asset.
*Agriculture equipment and Heavy Haul trailer, related experience would be considered an asset.
