Looking for an energetic person with attention to detail, able to problem solve, excellent customer service, able to handle a fast paced environment, and multitasking. Must be reliable.
The right candidate must be available to be trained and, after being trained, to work all shifts (from 7:00am to 3:00pm, from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, and from 11:00pm to 7:00am). Shifts include weekdays, weekends, and statutory holidays.
Some duties to be performed include maintaining an inventory of guestroom vacancies, reservations and rooms assignments; check in and check out guests; answer enquiries regarding hotel services in person, by telephone or email; providing information about services available and respond to guests' complaints; compile and check daily reports, guest accounts and receipts using computerized and manual systems; present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment.
