Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for customer service? As a Service Manager. you will play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships, leading a team, meeting sales targets and advising clients on suggested services.

Automotive Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the automotive service department
- Manage a team of service technicians and support staff
- Ensure efficient and effective workflow in the service department
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Schedule and prioritize service appointments
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Experience need:
- Previous experience in an automotive service role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance procedures
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and customer relations
