Position Overview:
NCSG Crane & Rigging / Barnhart Crane are searching for an enthusiastic, organized team player in the capacity of a Branch Administrator located at our branch in White City SK. This position will be a key role in our Branch team and will provide support in all areas including but not limited to: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, assisting with work orders, time entry, recurring reporting and other administrative duties as well as operations. This position will interact directly with both internal and external customers on a day-to-day basis to ensure that administrative functions are completed in an accurate and timely fashion. The successful candidate will possess the ability to provide world class customer service while operating in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Your success will be determined by your ability to:
Daily verification of hours, equipment and rates on job tickets.
Completes billing processes efficiently and accurately.
Ensure that all AR is complete for the month end process.
Ensure all AP invoices received are approved and submitted to AP daily.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver assignments on time.
High attention to detail and demonstrates good judgment.
Effective time management skills with the flexibility to work the hours required to get the job done during peak times.
Complete onboarding process for all new hires.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma; additional related training an asset.
1-3 years experience in a fast-paced environment carrying out a similar role.
