We're looking for a passionate, service-driven team member to join our Contact Centre as a Member Service Representative. This is more than just a job its a chance to deepen your impact, grow your skills, and help our members thrive.
As an MSR II, you'll be at the heart of our member experience supporting people through meaningful conversations, offering tailored financial solutions, and helping them reach their goals. You'll handle a variety of non-cash services like opening memberships, deposit accounts, RRSPs, and TFSAs, all while using your communication skills across phone, email, and chat.
Post-secondary education in Business is the minimum requirement for this position, but you'll have a leg up if you have the ability to effectively use technology to integrate with other service delivery channels. One year experience in sales, customer service or a related field is required. If you know what makes Cornerstone Credit Union different and the products and services we provide, that's even better! *We have two roles available, one is a permanent role and one is a term for an anticipated length of 12 months, however, the actual length could be shortened or lengthened depending upon organizational requirements. Successful candidate must maintain the ability to work a combination of days and evenings, Monday through Saturday when required.
