Camponi is hiring an organized and dependable Administrative Support staff member to assist with the launch of a new community-based program. This position plays a key role in coordinating documents, schedules, materials, and communication while supporting a collaborative planning process.
Were looking for someone whos comfortable working independently, skilled in Microsoft Office, and eager to support both daily operations and big-picture ideas. Experience in community programming or nonprofit administration is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Format and organize documents, templates, and reports
Coordinate team meetings and logistics
Track tasks, files, and timelines using Excel and Teams
Communicate clearly with internal and external partners
Support planning and brainstorming with a proactive attitude
Qualifications:
Certificate or diploma in Office Admin, Human Services, or related field
2+ years administrative experience (nonprofit setting preferred)
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
Excellent attention to detail and written communication
Able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
