Description

The ideal candidate has experience in autobody preparation, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail. This includes sanding, masking, priming, and ensuring surfaces are clean and ready for the next phase of repair. We can help find living accommodations if required.

Responsibilities:
Perform sanding, masking, and taping of vehicles to prepare for paint application
Apply primer and sealer as required
Inspect prepped areas for imperfections and correct as needed
Clean and maintain prep area and tools
Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations
Work closely with painters and body technicians to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain high-quality standards and efficiency
      
Requirements:
Proficiency with autobody repair tools and techniques
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Knowledge of autobody materials, sanding techniques, and primer application
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Must be reliable, punctual, and safety conscious

Wage: $22-30/hour depending on experience and qualifications
