We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and travel-ready Program Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about healthcare education and thrives in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage scheduling for staff, participants, and models for assigned training courses.
Arrange logistics and shipping of training equipment to and from course sites.
Provide onsite support during training sessions, including those requiring travel (WednesdaySunday).
Oversee logistics for both single and multi-day training courses.
Maintain course websites, coordinate registrations, and administer exams.
Troubleshoot and resolve logistical or on-site issues promptly and professionally.
Support participants and instructors during events, ensuring smooth execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Willingness and ability to travel up to 130 days per year (Wednesday to Sunday) across Canada and internationally.
Reside in Canada with a valid Canadian drivers license.
At least two years of experience in a senior administrative position.
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in a medical or healthcare setting required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while remaining engaged with a larger team (remote work environment).
