Description

This temporary term position (up to 2 years) is based at our Head Office in Melville, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Manager, Policy, Program Development and Readiness, this position is responsible for providing and coordinating training to the Operations Division.
    Research, coordinate, develop, and deliver training sessions to staff on a variety of topics using the appropriate methods of educational presentation.
    Coordinate with subject matter experts, teams, and committees, to design and deliver internal training using utilizing various methodologies, including e-learning.
    Work with subject matter experts, teams, and committees to help develop, coordinate and/or deliver training sessions on all SCIC programs to the Operations unit.
    Develop and apply effective training assessment tools with training participants.  Utilize assessment of skill levels, performance, and competence and make recommendations to managers.
    Work closely with AgriStability managers and subject matter experts to develop and revise training and presentation materials to stay current with program changes and processes.
    Assist AgriStability managers and individuals with assessment of job training requirements and respond to training needs expressed through the Performance Management Program.
    Develop and maintain a training resource library.
    Collaborate and work efficiently in a team environment with other SCIC training consultants sharing knowledge and expertise.
