Position Summary
This position is responsible for managing Carmichael Outreachs fundraising sponsorship initiatives, focusing on securing fundraising sponsorships. Key responsibilities include organizing sponsorship activities and collaborating closely with the Executive Director to diversify and strengthen fundraising streams.

Key Responsibilities
-Identify and Secure Sponsorships: Conduct proactive research and outreach to secure new sponsorship opportunities.
-Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors to ensure continued engagement.
--Tracking: Manage sponsorship pipeline by tracking leads, scheduling follow-ups, and providing regular progress updates.
-Coordination: Lead the planning, organization, and execution of all fundraising campaigns, including committee management and oversight of logistics from start to finish.
-Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the communications team to develop promotional materials that support fundraising goals.

Qualifications
-Post-secondary education preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.
-Demonstrated ability to organize and execute successful fundraising efforts.
-Managing budgets, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records of sponsor contributions.
-Experience in non-profit or charitable organizations is considered an asset.
-Proven track record maintaining sponsor relationships.
Ability to identify and pursue new fundraising and sponsorship opportunities.
-Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to secure sponsorship agreements.
