Job Title: Sales Assistant at International Furniture Wholesalers

Job Description: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range and current trends.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Create visually appealing displays to highlight products.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Assisting in unpacking, pricing and distributing items to the correct areas of the store. Daily cleaning to keep sales floor visually appealing
Processing sales orders and maintaining the sales database.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements:
Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in furniture or home dcor. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
A keen eye for design and an understanding of current trends.
Basic computer skills for processing sales and inventory management.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google documents
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Punctuality and positive.
