Lexcoms Operations staff are interdependent agents who perform technical service and project work for Lexcom's clientele.

Regional Co-ordinators plays a key role in ensuring effective service and project delivery to Lexcom's clients within their region. This role requires a person with both strong technical expertise and leadership skills, and involves providing mentorship to junior staff, supporting client environments, and maintaining high standards of service and quality within client environments. The Regional Co-ordinator works closely with the Director of Operations and other Regional Co-ordinators to ensure things run smoothly both in their region and to assist in doing so for the organization as a whole.

Qualifications:

Required:

Valid Class 5 Driver's license

Criminal Record Check

Obtain MS-900 certification within 6 months of start date.

Preferred:

CompTIA: A+, Network+ | Microsoft: MS900, MCP, MCSA, MCSE | Cisco: CCNA, CMSS | 3CX: Basic, Advanced
