The Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA) is seeking a results-oriented, dynamic and motivated individual for the position of a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). We are seeking a Permanent Full-Time position in our Prince Albert or La Ronge office.
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) is the primary support to client and is responsible for the delivery of human resource strategies, initiatives and processes at the branch and/or divisional level. The HRBP builds strong relationships with client management teams and serves as a trusted advisor/coach to build management capacity on the full range of HR management issues, practices and programs, which includes: employee and labour relations, organizational design and development, talent (staffing), total rewards (classification), integrated health and safety and new initiatives in order to support managers in achieving their business goals.
