Position Type: Full-Time | MondayFriday

What You'll Do:
Oversee all day-to-day operations in the parts department

Manage inventory levels, ordering, and vendor relationships

Work closely with service to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery

Provide outstanding service to retail customers

Lead and support any parts staff

Monitor department goals and ensure efficiency

What You Bring:
Previous experience in parts management or a senior parts role (automotive or ag equipment preferred)

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Solid communication and customer service abilities

Familiarity with parts software and inventory systems

A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently
