We are building our team for our new store, and are looking for:

Scope  Full-Time and Part-Time

Store Info
Zaks Building Group is opening their 4th Home Hardware Building Centre Store on 51st Street in Saskatoon.  This retail footprint of the store is 24,700 sf.  The building materials yard will consist of a warehouse and outside yard space.   Store renovations are in the works, and we hope to open to the public in Fall 2025.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with product selection, quoting, and order processing related to building materials (lumber, drywall, insulation, roofing, etc.).
Provide knowledgeable and accurate product information and support.
Prepare sales quotes, process orders, and coordinate with the yard team for deliveries or pickups.
Troubleshoot issues and offer solutions for customer inquiries.
Ensure accuracy in pricing, inventory, and order details.
Collaborate with contractors, builders, and DIY customers.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications
Experience in retail or building materials customer service is preferred.
Familiarity with construction products or materials is a strong asset.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable using computers and POS systems.
Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
