Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-Time Lead Carpenter at our Homes by Lake Country site in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. We are looking for an energetic and motivated Red Seal Journeyperson Carpenter with residential framing experience to lead a team framing new homes.

Reporting to the Homes by Lake Country Site Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Lead carpenters and laborers, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring work is completed according to project specifications.
Assist with creating timelines and schedules, manage materials and resources, and ensure projects stay within budget.
Train and mentor apprentices providing guidance and support.
Communicate effectively with project management.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

You carry a valid drivers license (class 5 minimum)
You have a flexible work schedule including weekends.
