Position
We are building our team for our new store, and are looking for:
Cashier
Saskatoon, SK  51st Street
Full-Time and Part-Time

Store Info
Zaks Building Group is opening their 4th Home Hardware Building Centre Store on 51st Street in Saskatoon.  This retail footprint of the store is 24,700 sf.  The building materials yard will consist of a warehouse and outside yard space.   Store renovations are in the works, and we hope to open to the public in Fall 2025.

Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate checkout service to customers.
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process purchases, returns, and exchanges.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy.
Answer customer inquiries and provide assistance or direct them to appropriate departments.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Assist with front-end tasks such as restocking and tidying as needed.
Uphold store policies and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
Reporting to Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager.

Qualifications
Previous cashier or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
Friendly and professional communication skills.
Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
