Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Vision: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization, ensuring alignment with its mission and values. Act as the public face of YIFC, representing its interests to stakeholders, including donors, community partners, and the board of directors.

Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective program delivery. This includes managing staff and volunteers, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Fundraising and Financial Oversight: Lead fundraising efforts to secure financial resources necessary for the organizations sustainability. Develop and manage the budget, ensuring financial health and accountability.

Program Development and Evaluation: Ensure ongoing programmatic excellence through rigorous evaluation and quality assurance. Develop new programs that align with the organizations mission and respond to community needs.

Board Development and Governance: Work closely with the board of directors to ensure effective governance. Serve as an ex-officio member of all board committees and facilitate board engagement in strategic planning and fundraising.

Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with community stakeholders, including partners, donors, and beneficiaries. Advocate for the organizations mission and represent its interests at local, state, and national levels.
