Job duties include but not limited to:
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Receive, create and maintain case management records on referrals and program users. Work one on one with clients to find and secure housing.
Knowledge and awareness of homelessness in Regina, including community resources and gaps as well as the socio-economic and geographical demographics and challenges of the community.
Follow NCFC policies and procedures and meet all legal, contractual, financial, and other compliance requirements of NCFC.
Maintain records of expenditures and follow purchasing procedures.
Attend staff meetings and case management meetings.
Check emails and communications daily.
Complete and submit incident reports in line with NCFC policies.
Promotes behavioral change and personal growth of individuals and families who are having difficulties coping due to social, emotional, physical, or cognitive delays.
Support evaluation and reporting processes for the program.
Demonstrate the characteristics and behaviors of a mentor and positive role model.
Provides life skills training as per goals set out by program participants.
Supports individuals achieve their goals using a strengths-based approach.
Work within the community to utilize local resources and programs.
Communicate regularly with Coordinated Access Regina
