Hawks Agro is hiring a dependable, motivated Custom Applicator for the Fall/Winter season (Sept 2025Dec 2026) in Moose Jaw. This hands-on seasonal role involves operating floater equipment to apply fertilizer and herbicide, delivering farm inputs, and supporting day-to-day retail operations. For the right candidate, this position may transition to full-time.

Key Responsibilities
- Custom Application & Field Work
- Operate floater equipment for accurate fertilizer/herbicide application
- Perform daily inspections and light equipment maintenance
- Provide in-field support and occasionally work from other locations

Logistics & Operations
- Deliver farm inputs to customers and between sites
- Help receive, handle, and manage inventory
- Support general yard and facility maintenance

Customer Service
- Confirm job details and ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent Hawks Agro professionally and respectfully
- Contribute to a safety-focused, team-driven environment

What You Bring
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Valid drivers license
- Strong work ethic and team mindset
- Willing to work long hours in peak seasons
- Ag/farm equipment experience is a strong asset
