Leasing Agent  Join Our Team!

Charan Property Management and Realty Group is seeking a dedicated Leasing Agent to join our growing team in Regina. If you have a strong attention to detail, enjoy working independently, and are available evenings and weekends, we want to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct property showings for prospective tenants
- Prepare and maintain detailed move-in and move-out records
- Complete six-month inspections as required by our contracts
- Accurately follow instructions and company procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and owners
- Work independently and manage your schedule efficiently

**Qualifications:**
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Available to work nights and weekends as needed
- Ability to follow instructions and work well on your own
- Previous experience in property management or leasing is an asset, but not required
