Hawks Agro is hiring a results-driven Terminal Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our high-throughput Crop Nutrition Terminal in Belle Plaine. This hands-on leadership role oversees product handling, blending, inventory, maintenance, and team developmentensuring efficiency, safety, and product quality. Ideal candidates have experience managing terminal or production facilities, a mechanical mindset, and a passion for agriculture logistics.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage blending, storage, and shipping operations
- Lead terminal team scheduling, development, and performance
- Maintain safe, clean, and efficient operation of equipment and facilities
- Monitor product quality, shrink, and accurate inventory tracking
- Oversee preventative maintenance and coordinate repairs
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with HSE standards
- Supervise contractors and maintain audit readiness
- Track asset use, product movement, and weigh-overs

Qualifications & Skills
- Degree/diploma in Agriculture, Commerce, or related field
- 8+ years terminal/plant operations experience; 13 years in leadership
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude; millwright or welding certification an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Equipment experience (loader/skid steer/track mobile) an asset
- Willingness to travel occasionally
