This role can be based out of any of Hawks Agros seven retail locations in Saskatchewan (Central Butte, Rouleau, Swift Current, Neville, Gravelbourg, Strongfield, or Moose Jaw) and is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving agronomic challenges, and working alongside a supportive retail and agronomy team.

Crop 360, a division of Hawks Agro and part of the JGL group of companies, is a full-service agronomy, soil sampling, and product trialing network supporting growers across Southwestern Saskatchewan. We deliver data-driven recommendations and practical in-field support, helping producers achieve long-term success.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide agronomic advice through scouting, test interpretation, and diagnostics
- Build strong grower and industry relationships
- Support crop planning and in-season recommendations
- Assist with product positioning and retail programs
- Utilize precision ag tools to guide on-farm decisions
- Contribute to trials, bulletins, meetings, and training
- Travel within the region and assist during peak seasons

Key Competencies
Strong agronomic knowledge of pests, weeds, and fertility
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable
Proficient in digital tools and ag platforms
Team player with a collaborative approach

Qualifications
- Degree/diploma in Agronomy or Agriculture
- 1+ years of industry or field experience
- Valid/Eligible for SIA membership; CCA preferred
- Valid Class 5 license; ability to lift 4050 lbs
