Grain Plant Supervisor
Location: North Battleford
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Compensation: Competitive salary + bonus | 3 weeks vacation | Benefits after 90 days | RRSP match

We are hiring a Grain Plant Supervisor to oversee daily grain facility operations. Youll lead a team, ensure safety, maintain product quality, and manage the flow of product from receiving to shipping.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations: receiving, grading, storage, shipping
Track inventory and ensure accurate, timely distribution
Coordinate shipments with logistics teams
Lead and coach staff including operators and maintenance
Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
Enforce safety procedures and lead training sessions
Oversee preventive maintenance and machinery performance
Work with QA to uphold standards and procedures
Maintain relationships with suppliers, farmers, and clients
Handle production reporting and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:
Degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field (preferred)
Experience in grain or ag-processing environments
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Familiar with safety regulations and compliance
Skilled in operational software and reporting tools
Physically capable and hands-on with technical issues
