Compensation & Benefits

Job Summary
Join a leading Western Canadian company specializing in vegetation management across oilfield, pipeline, wind, and solar infrastructure. We're looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to lead daily operations, mentor teams, and ensure safety and quality across projects in the Weyburn region. You will be part of a larger management team committed to process and technical advancement in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
    Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment logistics
    Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
    Mentor and develop field and supervisory teams
    Collaborate cross-functionally with other divisional managers and key staff
    Monitor budget and improve operational efficiencies and costs
    Support business development and cross-selling efforts in SE Saskatchewan
Qualifications
    Proven experience managing field teams or operations in industrial or utility settings
    Excellent communication and leadership skills
    Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
    Proficient with basic business software (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools)
    Background in vegetation management, environmental services, or infrastructure
    Experience with fleet and resource planning
    Basic mechanical aptitude
    Post-secondary education in Business, Environmental Sciences, Geomatics, or related field
