Are you a dedicated, licensed counsellor ready to make a positive impact? Were looking for a professional who is experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate lifes challenges.

Role Overview: Provide in-person, phone & virtual counselling sessions. Conduct timely and thorough intakes and referrals. Advocate for clients by effectively collaborating with community agencies to ensure holistic support.

Key Requirements:
- Must be licensed and in good standing with a recognized professional body (e.g., SASW).
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in family systems theory, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused counselling.
- Deep understanding of client-centered and strength-based approaches, tailoring counselling to meet unique client needs.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases and documentation efficiently.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, Teams, and OWL for reporting and communication.
- A reliable team player with a valid drivers license and dependable vehicle.
