Elementary Teacher (Grade 4/5)  SWEETGRASS
Sweetgrass First Nation is currently accepting applications for a GRADE 4/5 TEACHER to the 2025-2026 school year.
Sweetgrass School is a K4 to Grade 8 school, with approximately 75 students. The school is operated on the Sweetgrass First Nation, located about 35 km west of North Battleford, SK.

Duties and Responsibilities:
    Nurture, support and guide young learners
    Prepare engaging lessons and interactive learning activities/materials
    Conduct formal and informal assessment of students
    Facilitate learning activities both within the classroom setting and outdoors
    Participate in co-curricular school activities
    Promote and maintain high standards of behavior, respect and safety within the classroom
    Support families with open, ongoing communication
    Prepare lesson plans with clear objectives that follow SK curriculum standards
Applicants must possess:
    Bachelor of Education Degree
    Possess or be in application of a valid SK Teaching Certificate
