Customer Service Representative City of Regina
Part-time (15 hrs/week) Full-time training for first 2 months
Join our team and make a difference in your community! Were looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals with strong communication skills to be the first point of contact for Regina residents. Youll answer inquiries, solve problems, and provide clear information about city services, policies, and programsall while working in a supportive, structured, and fast-paced call centre environment.
What Youll Do
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media
Provide clear, accurate information about city bylaws and services
Research, resolve, and escalate issues as needed
Process payments and negotiate arrangements for outstanding balances
Maintain accurate customer records in our systems
What Were Looking For
High school diploma + 3 years in front-line customer service (call centre experience is a plus)
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
