Journeyperson Electrician City of Regina
Bring your expertise to a role where your skills keep the City running! Under the guidance of the Trades Coordinator Mechanical/Electrical, youll work independently to install, repair, and maintain electrical, control, lighting, security, and sound systems in City facilities. From diagnosing issues to planning new installations, your work will keep our buildings safe, efficient, and operational.
What Youll Do
Diagnose, repair, and install electrical and control systems
Lay out wiring, pull cables, and connect components to code
Maintain panels, lighting, generators, and emergency power systems
Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications
Supervise tradespeople and ensure safety compliance
What You Bring
Journeyperson Certification + 2 years current experience in building electrical work
Strong knowledge of codes, safety regulations, and best practices
Ability to troubleshoot, plan projects, and work at heights
Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 drivers license & First Aid Certificate
