We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Clerk to join our Sales and Marketing team in a new, full-time, temporary (12 months) position. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this key administrative role supports sales operations and marketing efforts while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of internal systems and client communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and documentation
Maintain accurate pricing, inventory, and booking information in the event management system (Momentus)
Support social media and marketing campaign coordination
Handle client inquiries, special orders, and internal communications
Generate and manage sales reports, invoices, and payment tracking
Contribute to special projects and collaborate with internal departments to support sales initiatives
Qualifications:
High school diploma and graduation from a recognized business college
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event booking systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
A current and acceptable Criminal Record Check is required
Additional Information:
This position requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
