We are seeking an experienced Inside / Outside Sales Representative with a background in flooring, construction, or building supplies. This role combines in-store customer service, order desk responsibilities, and on-site project visits  ideal for someone who can manage the sales process from first contact to final installation.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, designers, homeowners, and property managers.
- Handle the order desk: process orders, coordinate with suppliers, and manage timelines.
- Assist walk-in customers with product selection and project planning.
- Conduct on-site visits for measurements and consultations.
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and follow-ups to close sales.
- Coordinate with operations and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry awareness.

Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in flooring, construction, or a related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and take accurate measurements.
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
