In this opportunity, you will drive the adoption of high-impact, enterprise-wide initiatives. You will bring your deep expertise in organizational change management to guide project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders through complex transformations. Working within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), youll lead change strategies that cut across functions, entities, and delivery methodologies ensuring that people are informed, engaged, and ready to embrace what is next.
Key Duties:
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans that address communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management.
- Apply structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter) to lead the change lifecycle from impact assessment to adoption tracking.
- Assess organizational readiness and change impact, identifying risks, resistance points, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Partner with project and program managers to embed change management strategies into overall project delivery plans.
- Identify and analyze key stakeholders, tailoring engagement and communication approaches to meet their needs and concerns.
What Youll Need:
- Bachelors degree in organizational development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in change management, organizational development, or leading transformation initiatives.
