We value self-improvement and giving back.  We are seeking a nimble individual with strong office skills to join our Retail support team as a Retail Support Clerk. If you like the idea of playing a critical behind the scenes role in the success of our organization, this role is for you! This is a 6-month term that ends early February 2026. The individual we are seeking should be local or within a reasonable commute to Weyburn, SK.

As a Retail Support Clerk, you will help ensure WCUs success by collaborating with members of different departments to solve problems, take on new challenges, and ensure seamless operations. Document imaging, filing, mailing, and other clerical tasks will be amongst your daily activities

Your SPARK:
- Minimum Grade 12 education and previous work-related experience with preference given to individuals with post-secondary education.
- Experience operating office equipment such as scanners, printers, and others.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience using Adobe is preferred.
- Must have excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build effective working relationships with staff, members, and community.
- Previous experience working with niche or internal software is an asset.
